How far in advance should you book a vacation?

 

 

Generally speaking, popular vacations such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and land tours should be booked a minimum of 6 months in advance but you will need to be flexible with your requirements. However, if you want a specific cruise, stateroom location, resort type and destination, or desirable land tour, your planning should be 9 to 12 months in advance of your vacation dates.
